Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and provide accurate project information.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and purchasers through follow-ups and after-sales service.
  • Censure the accuracy of sales documents (SPA, Loan Agreements, etc.).
  • Track and update project approvals (APDL, 7F, etc.) and support statutory reporting (e.g., NAPIC).
  • Assist in marketing activities, launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain CRM records and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property development or housing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Able to commence work immediately or on short notice will be an advantage
  • Candidate willing to base in Taman Petaling Utama and Taman Serdang Perdana.
