Dato’ Sri Jerry began his career in the construction industry in 2002 as a site supervisor, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and site management. He later expanded his expertise as a quantity surveyor and went on to establish AKK Engineering & Trading in 2003.

In 2009, he co-founded Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd with his brother, specialising in high-rise construction, where he built a strong foundation in structural and large-scale developments.

He subsequently ventured into property development, founding JRK Construction and JRK Development in 2014, before establishing JRK Group.

As Founder and Managing Director, Dato’ Sri Jerry is responsible for setting the Group’s strategic direction and driving its growth and expansion. Under his leadership, JRK Group has rapidly progressed, successfully launching multiple projects and completing several developments within a relatively short span.

With approximately 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in high-rise construction, structural and civil works, and property investment. Dato’ Sri Jerry continues to lead JRK Group with a clear vision and commitment to delivering sustainable value through quality developments.
