JRK Sales Gallery was recognised with a Bronze Award for Best Commercial Design at the Designer of The Year (DOTY) Awards 2026.

Chinese New Year Open House at JRK Sales Gallery, strengthening brand presence and community engagement through a festive event that attracted visitors and showcased the development experience.

Obtained CCC for JRK Delta Parcel 1 in November 2025, with Parcel 2 obtained in March 2026, further strengthening our presence in Petaling Jaya South.

Opening of JRK Sales Gallery at PJ South, enhancing JRK Group's brand presence and providing a new dedicated space for project showcases.

Entered into a joint development agreement to develop a 2.01-acre freehold site, for the planned JRK Elysia development.

Obtained CCC in January 2025 for JRK Convena, marking a significant milestone in our commercial portfolio in Bukit Jalil.

Acquired 1.28-acre leasehold land in Seri Kembangan for RM20 million for the planned JRK Areca development.

Entered into a joint development agreement to develop a 1.29-acre leasehold land in Petaling Jaya South, for the planned JRK Delta Residence development.

Acquired 0.74-acre leasehold land in Setapak for RM6.00 million for the planned JRK PARC development.

Obtained CCC in February 2024 for our maiden residential development - JRK Senesta in Semenyih.

Entered into a joint development agreement to develop a 2.01-acre leasehold land in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, for the planned JRK Equine development.

Launched JRK Delta, 2-storey and 3-storey commercial shop lots in Petaling Jaya South, Selangor. Completed in November 2025 with 100% take up rate.

Acquired a 0.38-acre leasehold land in Petaling Jaya South, Selangor for RM0.60 million and constructed a dedicated showroom gallery on the land.

Launched our first commercial development – JRK Convena in Bukit Jalil with 97% take up rate as at the LPD.

Completed in February 2024 with 100% take up rate.

Launched JRK Senesta, our maiden residential apartment development in Semenyih.

Entered into a joint development agreement to develop 1.64-acre freehold land for JRK Senesta.

Acquired a 1.61-acre freehold site in Bukit Jalil at RM23 million, later completed as JRK Convena, a commercial development.

Submitted the planning application for the development of JRK Senesta on a 1.64-acres freehold land in Semenyih, Selangor.

Entered into a SPA to acquire a 2.17-acre leasehold land in Puchong, Selangor for RM12.5 million, for the development of JRK Celestia and approval obtained in 2019.

Incorporation of JRK Holdings Berhad as the investment holding company for the Group's property development business.
